How It Works

Five steps. That's it.

  1. You reserve today
    $5 refundable deposit charged, Founding spot held. You'll get a confirmation email with your position number within one hour.
  2. We open the Founding sale
    About 90 days before FORE SEASONS opens (early 2027), the Founding Member sale goes live. We notify the reservation list first, in queue order — before social, before email, before anyone else.
  3. You decide
    If you claim a Founding slot ($88/month, locked for life as long as your membership stays continuously active), your $88 first month of dues is collected at signup. Your $5 deposit keeps holding the spot and stays refundable under these terms.
  4. If you pass, we refund you
    If you decide not to join, or if your queue position is past the 50-member Founding cap when the sale closes, your $5 is automatically refunded to your original payment method.
  5. Cancel anytime in between
    Change your mind before the sale opens? One email to info@foreseasonsgolfstudio.com and your $5 comes back within 7 business days. Your slot returns to the pool.
Reservation Terms

The fine print, in plain English.

By submitting a $5 refundable deposit, you agree to the following terms with FORE SEASONS GOLF STUDIO, LLC:

  1. What you're reserving. A position in the notification queue for the Founding Member sale, scheduled to open approximately 90 days before FORE SEASONS GOLF STUDIO opens in early 2027. Reservations are processed in the order received (queue position by timestamp).
  2. What this is not. The $5 deposit does not purchase a Founding Member slot. It does not guarantee that a Founding slot will be available to you. It does not lock in $88/month pricing or any other rate. Founding slots are limited to 50 and will be offered in queue order; demand may exceed supply.
  3. Refund policy. Your $5 is fully refundable in any of the following circumstances:
    • You request a refund by email to info@foreseasonsgolfstudio.com at any time before the Founding Member sale opens.
    • You decline a Founding Member offer when your queue position is reached.
    • Your queue position is past the 50-member Founding cap when the sale closes.
    • FORE SEASONS GOLF STUDIO does not open for member service by June 30, 2028 (the outside opening date).
    Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
  4. Signup payment. If you accept a Founding Member offer when the sale opens, your first month of Founding Premium dues ($88) is collected at signup. The $5 deposit is separate from dues and remains refundable under these terms.
  5. Notification. You will receive at least 7 days' email notice before the Founding Member sale opens. It is your responsibility to maintain a current email address; reservations associated with bouncing emails may be refunded and removed from the queue.
  6. No membership agreement today. You are not signing a membership agreement by reserving. If you accept a Founding Member offer, you will be required to review and sign the FORE SEASONS Membership Agreement at that time. All membership terms — including pricing, cancellation, access, and conduct rules — are governed by the Membership Agreement at conversion, not by these reservation terms.
  7. No transfer. Reservations are non-transferable. If you wish to refer a friend, please have them reserve in their own name.
  8. Privacy. The information you provide (name, email, phone, town) is used to manage your reservation and to communicate about FORE SEASONS, and is handled as described in our Privacy Policy (which discloses our service providers, such as our payment processor).

By completing your reservation, you agree to these terms. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
